Hotel Terms & Conditions & Policy

1. Reservations:

  • By making a reservation, you signify your full and unconditional acceptance of the hotel’s accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
  • Prices are in euros and per night. All published rates include 13% VAT and all statutory taxes, except the accommodation tax of EUR 0.50 per night, which is invoiced separately by law and is subject to change without notice.
  • Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers. In any case you must inform us at the time of your booking.

2. Advance payment and payments:

  • To fully confirm your reservation, you will need to prepay 30% of the total value of your stay, with a minimum deposit of one (1) night’s accommodation.
  • Payments by cash, bank transfers and credit cards are accepted. You must inform the hotel upon arrival if you wish to receive an invoice for your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within two working days of the publication of the hotel’s bank account to the client concerned (by sending the hotel an email containing all the necessary payment details), otherwise the pre-booking will be cancelled and the room will be released.
  • The hotel has the right upon receipt of the incoming reservation to pre-approve the credit card and reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card details are not valid.
  • A copy of the proof of deposit (deposit slip) must be sent to the hotel (via email) immediately.
  • For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the confirmation of the reservation and no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
  • Any additional charges made during your stay will be settled upon departure.

3. Reservation changes and cancellations:

  • The management of the hotel requests that guests inform the hotel in a timely manner by telephone and in writing of any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation.

4. In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:

  • The cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival will not be charged and it is at the discretion of the hotel to refund the deposit.
  • For cancellations less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the client will be charged 30% of the total stay based on the reservation.
  • In cases of cancellation on arrival, during the stay or for no-show at the hotel, the client will be charged 100% of the stay based on their reservation.

*in exceptional circumstances the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or provision without notice if deemed necessary. In this case, the hotel is obliged to refund the entire amount paid by the customer for the reservation, and will make every effort to provide you with alternative accommodation of at least the same category, in the same area and offering similar facilities and amenities.

  • For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the confirmation of the reservation and no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
  • Payment is made by credit or debit card or bank transaction at the time of booking.
  • If the client needs to be transferred to a different room from the one booked and the room price is lower, the hotel is obliged to refund the difference.

5. Arrival and departure:

  • When you arrive at the hotel you will need to have your reservation code or the name under which the reservation was made, your ID card or passport.
  • Unless otherwise described in your booking, arrival time is 15:00 and departure time is 11:00. Any extension of time after 11:00 is subject to the hotel being full and is subject to an additional charge as follows:
    • Check-out until 18:00 is subject to 50% of the daily charge and,
    • Check- out after 18:00 is subject to 100% of the daily charge.
  • In any case, you must notify the hotel reception upon arrival.

6. Children’s policy:

Children of all ages are accepted.

To view the correct price and capacity information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

  • Infants and children under 2 years stay free of charge provided they are accommodated in their parents’ beds or in a cot (provided free of charge subject to availability).
  • Children over 3 to 17 years old have an additional charge of €15 per child, per night
  • All children staying at the hotel must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
  • The number of extra beds and cots allowed is up to your choice. Please check the selection you have made for more information.
  • All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

7. Smoking policy:

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in all public indoor areas of the hotel.

8. Pets:

  • Our hotel does not accept pets.

9. Guest behaviour:

  • Guests are kindly requested not to cause a nuisance, to behave decently and to respect other guests and hotel staff. In addition, all residents are required to comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations and the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to or to evict without prejudice any person whose behaviour is deemed to be intolerable. In this case the hotel shall not be liable to pay any compensation.

10. Damage and damage to the room:

  • In the event of damage to a room or other property due to fraud, willfulness or negligence, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage due to business interruption to the credit/debit card of the registered guest. In case the customer has not paid by card but by cash or other means, the hotel will demand immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer otherwise the hotel reserves all its legal rights.

11. Force Majeure:

  • The hotel shall not be liable in the event that it is unable to fulfil its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure ( including but not limited to strikes, fire, acts of terrorism, floods, etc. )

12. Limitation of liability:

  • Each client is responsible throughout his/her stay at the hotel for keeping personal and/or valuable items, money, etc. in a safe place. In any case, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to such items. For other items brought to the hotel by each guest, the hotel is exempt from any liability if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the guest or other persons staying with, visiting or on duty at the hotel. Also, the hotel is not liable if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.).

13. Applicable law – Other terms:

  • These terms are governed by Greek Law.

14. Applicable law is subject to the laws of Greece

  • The customer accepts that the hotel has made all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on its website.
